The Miners – Miners Rebellion (2012)
Excellent 6 track mini album of what can be termed ‘classic’ alt. country. The album has a nice rawness to it with steel guitars, jangling electric guitars and excellent emotive songs and vocals. A really good band.

Michael Tarbox – Works and Days (2013)
Very few can match Michael Tarbox (and his old band the Tarbox Ramblers) for raw fiery blues passion but on this second solo album we not only get the fire and rawness but also some tremendous bluesy ballads with no lack of passion!

Tremendous album of blues that sums up what this hugely talented artist is about when he plays live! It is not a ‘live album,’ but differs from his ‘studio’ recordings in that he adopts his ‘one man band’ persona.
